Non-scalable and fuzzy

Hi all,

I'm not an advanced Viso user, and have a question.

I'm creating graphics in Visio to be used as stencils.
When I try to pull them back into a Visio document to be used, the text
doesn't scale.
I tried saving the graphic into a number of bitmapped formats - all are
now scalable, but fuzzy.

I don't have a vector graphics program.

Is there any way to get Visio stencil drawings to behave?

What is the best way to get quality stencils going?

visio is behaving. it is a vector graphics tool. bitmaps by definition get
fuzzier as you change scale.
