Non-Wester (non-Latin) failure notice.

I emailed approximately 400 emails to fellow Realtors telling about a new
listing. Of these 400, 13 were returned to me with the same failure notice,
"The user does not accept email in non-Western (non-Latin) character sets.".
One of these 13 was even my own email address, since I generally send a test
email back to myself. What change needs to be made which will allow these
emails to go through?

Any help would be appreciated.
