non-working days appearing problems in time sheet

when the team member fill the time sheet into project web access but there
is non-working days are also displaying for entry .whether i set those days
as a non-working day in calendars .why those non-working days provide option
to enter hours
is it possible that non-working days not appear as a open field for entry
hours in timesheet.

but i want those non-working days as a disabled field in time sheet
