Non-working time in tasks view

We are attempting to account for effort expended that is not presently
reflected in our project plans by reporting the time expended as non-working
time on the resources Outlook calendar. The idea is that the calendar entry
can then be transferred to project server. This is working okay, however each
entry that has a unique description becomes a permanent line item in the task
view in the PWA. Is there any way to cull/delete these entries over time? For
instance, under the category NON-Working time we have a line item, Fix bug in
module xyz......, the next line item is Fix bug in module abc.... These items
are connected to tasks unrelated to our projects, and represent effort
expended by resources that had been allocated to our enterprise projects.

unfortunately not that I know of.
deleting it from the database is an option but somehow crude.
changing the booking type to proposed may also do the trick.

and secondly (i forgot to mention)
you can filter out all admin projects in the timesheet view if you wish.
