Outlook 2002 SP3, Using POP3 Accounts ONLY. My "default" account which I
usually send email from is a POP3 account with my Web Hosting company,
web.com. My ISP is Cox. Cox requires that all outgoing mail goes through its
servers.
When I attempt to to send to certain email addresses which I know for a fact
are good, Outlook attempts to send the message by using ALL of my email
accounts (where did this come from?) and then the Outlook "System
Administrator" instantly notifies me that :
Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.
Subject:
Sent: 12/20/2007 3:02 PM
The following recipient(s) could not be reached:
on 12/20/2007 3:02 PM
None of your e-mail accounts could send to this recipient.
I have "detected and repaired", re-installed Outlook, changed my "default"
account to require server authorization, have told it to log on before the
smtp server , etc, etc.
I am at a loss and will greatly appreciate any help.
