I keep getting stuff like this...everytime I send email to anyone! (except
for those in my domain --)

Without knowing the "how" of your attempts, like the email program you're
using, it is difficult to provide a solution. If you're not running through
OneNote, I'd suggest posting to one of the other newsgroups, such as Outlook
Express. If you're not using a Microsoft product, then I'd contact the
support section for whatever program you're using or even your Internet
Service Provider for information.
