This was also posted in General Questions, today.

Goal:
To be able to use Microsoft Outlook software at storefront office and still
keep access to agency email, calendars, folders, etc.

Background:
We recently opened a new community center, a storefront and we currently use
OWA to access our agency email. We have had many problems with OWA and have
found that it doesn't do what we want it to do. Our IT department has been
less than helpful in this process and says there's absolutely no way for us
to get what we need.
I just wanted to double check with someone else to make sure that there are
no options.

Can someone help or direct me to someone who can? If you can help, please
be as specific as possible about the steps or information I need. I will
ultimately pass this information on to the appropriate people.

THANKS IN ADVANCE!!!!!!!

What do you need to do that OWA doesn't do? Depending on the network
security, it might be the only way to access your mail and calendars.
