Nonproject time categories

Hi!

Is the nonproject time categories totaly eliminated from PS 2003? I would
like upgrade from PS 2002 but I don't find them. The related SQL tables are
existing yet. It's important for me because our report system depends on this
nonworking information too.

2003 uses a new type of project called an Administrative Project. You will
find a template in File > New > On My Computer > Enterprise Templates.

Thanks. And the SQL tables that has stored this data will not use anymore?
These are obsolete?
