Nonproject time not visible

Hi,

A few of our users cannot see their nonproject time on their
timesheets - the categories are simply not there. The problem seems
to be machine-specifc because the same users can log onto other
computers and see the nonproject time fine, and other users can log
onto the problematic computers and they can't see their nonproject
time.

I've tried re-installing the web components on these machines to no
avail, and I can't think of what else it might be. Any help would be
appreciated.

Are the browser settings all the same? Sometimes if one
of the servers isn't set as a trusted site on a particular
machine, there is no error message but the functions that
depend on that server are missing or grayed out.
