nonsense word in new email

I previously asked how to eliminate an automatic nonsense word that emerges
every time I try to form a new email.

I was told to do something with normal.dot, which I found, but still do not
know how to correct the problem.

So, could someone please take me thru the steps....

I would guess you were asked to locate normal.dot then delete it.
On using word again normal.dot will be recreated.
FYI normal.dot is the default word template
