Normal.dot annoying message

Every day, I receive this message when booting up. I am using Office 2003 under Windows XP professional.

The file normal.dot already exists. Do you want to replace the existing file? Yes, No or Cancel

Is there a way to fix this or get rid of this message?

Do you have more than one copy of Normal.dot? Do you have Normal.dot in the
Startup folder?
