normal.dot corrupt - how to fix?

J

Jeff

Hello All,

Recently whenever I open Word the default document (from Normal.dot) places
the cursor in the upper left hand corner (above the margins). I have tried
moving cursor and resaving Normal.dot, deleting Normal.dot, copying
Normal.dot from another machine, and reinstalling Word. Any ideas?

Thanks,

Jeff

Start Word, and click on Tools | Options | View | check the
"White space between pages" box | OK.

Thanks for the response. That appears to have fixed it - not sure how the
check box was unchecked.

Cheers.

Move the cursor slowly between two pages and see how it happens
inadverantly!
