Normal.dot for PowerPoint 2003?

Does PowerPoint 2003 have an equivalent to Words Normal.dot?

I want to save Visual Basic macro's in PowerPoint 2003 - but for use in all
presentations and not just one specific one.

P.S. I am trying to turn off the PDFMaker 6.0 toolbar, using the same
technique as I found in the Word forum. Using AutoExec, AuotOpen and AutoNew
macros.

I suppose the equivalent (sort of) would be the blank.pot but you would be
better creating an addin.
