Version: 2004 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger) I have a department where Normal.dot has been infected by a macro virus. Once I clean up the workstation of all the virus's, I want to replace the normal.dot file with a new one. Is there one out there that I need to download or can I pull one off of a Windows PC? Also, where does this file go?

You need do none of the above... Delete the existing Normal, empty the
Trash. Word creates a new one on next launch. Just make sure no Office apps
are running when you delete the current template.

In fact, Do Not attempt to create/copy a Normal template in any other way.
