I have set my Normal template in Word 2007 to use Arial 12pt font as the
default. This works fine if I open Word 2007 and create a new document from
there.
However, if I right-click in the right hand pane of Windows Explorer and
select "New, Microsoft Office Word Document" the font is Calabria. If I
change it to Arial and save to template, when I create another document the
same way it has always reverted back to Calabria. When I go back to Word
2007, New Document, it again has Arial so is using the Normal template.
How can I force Explorer to also use the normal template?
