I guess you mean - showing all the pages at once?
Perhaps it would be a neat feature, I know that Flowcharter used to do it
that way. But a Word document is a continuous thing - pages are more of an
afterthought - so that you don't have to carry scrolls. A drawing is a page
by definition. So I'm not sure that "Normal" in the Word-sense really makes
that much sense.
What you can do is make a really big page. Go to File > Page Setup to do
this. Make sure to distinguish between drawing size and printer paper. Under
View, you can Show Page Breaks to see where the printer will tile the
drawing.
