Normal view????

Gurus,

Installed Office 2003 recently. Great, but Word does something annoying.
Whenever I open a document, it opens into reading layout, instead of Normal.
How can I set it so that it opens up into Normal view like the old versions
did?

In Word, click on Tools | Options | General | uncheck the "Allow starting in
Reading Layout view" box | OK. Also see
