Hi,
I have user that has setup his numbering scheme and keyboard shortcuts to
use it in his normal.dotm in Word 2007, he would like to be able to use the
same numbering scheme and keyboard shortcuts when typing an email in Outlook
2007.
I have attempted to simply rename his Word normal.dotm to an Outlook
NormalEmail.dotm however, the keyboard shortcuts are still not working.
Can anyone help me solve this issue
