I'm using Norton Antispam 2004 and Outlook 2003. It seems that Norton
Antispam 2004 is hanging / blocking mail. I receive every night a mail
wiht a textfile (logfile). When Norton Antispam is active or running
it will not download the mail and every mail received after this
spesific mail is not downloaded. The mail is also sent to other people
which get this perfect (they are not using Norton Antispam). I'm
downloading mail through POP.
The workaraound is to use webmail and delete this spesific mail and
after that everything works okay again untill i receive an email with
the logfile again.
This happends also to a friend of mine, except that it is some
spam-mail who "stops / hangs" his mail.
If we uninstall Norton Antispam everything works fine again.
I look around and it seems there are other people having this problem,
but I havent found any solution on this.
