Norton Antispam Outlook Plug-in

I previously had a tool bar option in which to select/deselect incoming
emails as spam or not span. That toolbar or those buttons have disappeared
and are no longer available to me within Outlook under VIEW, TOOLBARS. Does
anyone know how to retrieve this toolbar and/or make this option available to
me within Outlook?
