hello,
i have outlook 2003 and one of my tool bars is the norton antispam plugin.
there are a total of 4 buttons within that tool bar. they are: Open Norton
AntiSpam, This is Spam, This is not Spam, and Empty The Spam Folder. my
question is, why does the "This is not Spam" button appears grayed out? the
other 3 button are colored but the particular one i mentioned is grayed out
for some reason. Can anyone help?

thank you,
jose.

What if you select an item in the spam folder - then does "this is not spam"
become available?
Note - this isn't really an Outlook issue - you should look in Symantec help
or check their website.

Thank you very much for your reply. Your suggestion was right on. I dragged
an e-mail to the norton antispam folder. I then opened it and closed it
again. Once i did that the "This is not Spam" button was colored. In other
words that 3rd button was colored in. I don't know why i did not try that
before. Lanwench, once again thank you very much. Appreciate your help and
assistance.
