Norton Antispam Toolbar in Outlook 2002

I'm not sure if this is an Outlook issue or a Norton issue. I have Outlook
2002 and Norton Internet Security, which includes an anti spam toolbar that
is supposed to integrate into Outlook. Sometimes it does, sometimes it
doesn't, and I can't figure out why. When it doesn't, it isn't available to
select in View>Toolbars.

Check with Norton for updates and verify that it is compatible with your
version of Outlook.

If all is OK then you can additionally reset the add-in registry cache
and/or toolbars bij renameing extend.dat and outcmd.dat to .old
