Norwegian spelling + grammer check in Outlook Express & Word

Hi,

I am operating on Windows ME with Outlook Express 6 and
Word 2000.

I use English for spelling and grammer check now in both
Outlook Express and Word. How can I get Norwegian
dictionary as well for spelling checks? And be able to
switch between the two?

I tried going to the Option/Spelling menu in Outlook
Express, but do not find Norwegian in the dictionary
option list. For Word, I tried the same, but did not
manage.
