"not a valid bookmark" error when opening a database

We have an inter-office network with 9 users. One of the
users can open the database in access and it works fine.
However, when he tries to use it as the data source for a
Word document mail merge, he gets the same error that the
rest of the users get whenever they try to get to the
data, "Not a valid bookmark".

I also have it linked through our web page where the data
is displayed on a results page, and it is working fine
there.

Any suggestions?

Thanks for the help.
Robin

Apparently, the user who could get to the file had made a
copy of it. All we did was restore from a master backup
and the problem is gone. Probably a data corruption
problem.

Thanks,
Robin
