not a valid embedded object

Why no response to this? isn't this moderated?

I have just deployed Office 2003/XP. When a user
receives an email with an attachment in the body of the
email (Word Editor) they get this message "Error! Not a
valid embedded object." The attachment is a PowerPoint
presentation. If I make the user admin, they can see the
attachment. Has anyone seen this? Cannot find much
about it.
