not a valid Microsoft Visio file?

Hi,

I am trying to open a Visio file inline directly into a
html page by using a url. This is causing the following
error to be display:

"The file you are trying to open is not a valid Microsoft
Visio drawing file"

Has anyone seen this before? Or know what the problem is?

The file it is trying to open is a valid Visio file, if I
do save as on it then double click the file it is
displayed correctly. It only seems to be when the file
is directly open into a browser via a url.
