Not a valid office add-in

Everytime my system is loaded and I open up Outlook, I
receive the error:

"c:\path...\ is not a valid office add-in"

I do not have any add-in's set up/installed. Nor does it
specificy a specific add-in file. Nor are there any files
in the add-in folder itself.

I can't find any to turn off or unselect in the
tools/options/add-in manager.

Any suggestions? This is a really annoying error message
to occur everytime Outlook is started.
Any help is greatly appreciated, Thanks!
