Not a valid profile name???

On a restart I get this error message from Outlook2000
"The profile name is not valid"
"Enter a valid profile name"
I choose the only one on the list & also ckeck to make it my default on the options button
but this message still comes up on every reboot.
How do I get rid of it permanently?

This usually happens on upgraded client computers. Delete all existing profiles,
and create a new one.
