Not able to access workspace/ Risk reports

Hi,

I am being prompted for username / password when I try to access Project
Workspace / Risk reports through PWA. Even after I put my network access
credential correctly, it does not allow me the acess.

What could be issue ?

Are you using a Windows authenticated account or Project Server
authenticated account?

If it's a PS account then you will not have access as only Windows
authenticated accounts can access the SharePoint Project Workspace/Risk.
You could potentially add your windows user account directly to the
Workspace in question as a quick fix

Thanks * > Try Synchronizing the Sharepoint site associated with the Project.
There is a known bug the users are not automatically created for each
new Project site as they're created. You might also synchronizing the
Admin account. Check to see if you get the same prompt when you try
to get into documents or issues.

Hi again. TO synchronize your the sharepoint site go into PWA. Admin
tab. Select "Manage Windows Sharepoint service" then "Manage Sharepoint
sites". Navigate to the specific project. Highlight it and select
Synchronize.
