one of my users have one particular email that cause a message to pop up
whenever he tries to reply to the email. The message is something like the
following
========================
Microsoft Outlook
----------------------------------
Outlook was set to use word as editor. Outlook was not able to open word as
editor because word is not available, is of different version, not
installed....
The outlook will hang for quite some time unless an instance of word is
already opened.
I tried forwarding that particular email as attachment to my self. when I
open the attached email and click reply, I get warning about allowing the
email to continue to download something from a server will increase my risk
of being spammed.
I cancelled out and examine the content. I did find some graphics and style
not normally found in a regular word document.
Now,
1. what setting difference that would case two different set of behaviour
above?
2. is there a solution instead of opening word first? ( the email is sent
from a known contact for the user)
whenever he tries to reply to the email. The message is something like the
