Not able to publish project

I have installed Sharepoint portal 2007 and Project server 2007 and project
professional 2007. I open and upgrade 2003 project to 2007 sucessfully. Now
I want to pubish the project, but in File Menu - Publish option is disabled.

I also added a project server account with by Project server account with
windows authentication and set it as defauult, but I did not find "Test
Connection" button as mentiond in professional 2007 help.

Can anyone help what wrong I am doing here?

Please don't cross-post as it leads to this dort of mis-understanding. Your
case is clearly a server problem and that's the only place to post. Please
finish with this thread on all these newsgroups and re-post to the server
