Hello,
I am running Microsoft Office 2003 with outlook 2003. My system is Windows
XP Home addition and I am working off my Dell Inspiron E1505 laptop, and I am
on wireless utilizing my home network and my wireless modem is a Linksys
Wireless G and the signal strength is excellent. My IP Service Provider is
Road Runner and that’s who provides my email service.
My problem started about a month ago, which is receiving and sending email.
My outlook is set to automatically send and receive email as soon as I open
Outlook. What happens is that it take forever to receive, sending take a
while but not that long. Sometime the receiving never happens. I have
removed all email accounts and re-established them but that hasn’t helped. I
have taken my laptop to the other office in my home and connect the router
with my cable and the email works perfectly okay. And even after I
disconnect the cable and return to my wireless connection I continue to send
and receive emails ok, then after a few hours the problem returns.
Do you have ant ideas as to how I can correct this condition?
