Not able to see 2000 calendar from Outlook 2003

I upgraded a few users in our company with Office 2003. Some of those usres
had delegates to their calendar. Not all of their delegates were upgraded and
now the users still on office 2000 can not see the calendar of the office
2003 users. They were able to veiw the calendar before when everyone was on
office 2000. I have checked all the permisson and all look fine. what i am
missing?
