Not able to see Issues - new question

I thought I should start a new post because since I originally posted a
question about this I have gotten some advice and changed a few items. I
have the situation where a person who see a project cannot access the
issues. I have checked the 3 groups / categories they are in and in the
permission grid all 3 say ' view issues'. Any ideas on how to trouble shoot
this. Some more facts: All are using windows authentication, none of the
people are assigned to or own an issue, none of the people are assigned a
task in the project plan.

I believe you must be assigned to at least one task for that to work. We
always add a "Lessons learned" task at the very end of each project for this
purpose.

Inorder to see risk or issues, a resource should be assigned to atleast one
tast thats when they are added to the sharepoint site once assignments are
published.

Note: Only users with windows authentication are added to sharepoint sites.
Project server accounts are never added to sharepoint sites.
