Not Able to Start Office

I have Office 97 installed on my laptop and it was working
well until I installed SP1 and later SP2. Now I get the
error: "There is not enough memory or disk space to run
Word 8". I have 256 MB Ram with 84% free and my disk has
4.65 GB of which there is 1.97 GB free. I've reduced all
my running processes to the minimum and still cannot get
this thing to run. I need help and any suggestions would
be appreciated.

Further to the first message. The installation of the
SP's somehow corrupted a .DLL file. I reinstalled O-97
form go and the problem went away. So for those out there
that have the same experience -reinstallation may be the
solution - among other's. Good luck to others. tk
