Not able to update actuals from team

Hi,

I have Project Server 2003 and Profesisonal 2003.
On project server, when I agree to the time sheet and click on "Update", I
get a pop-up having the message- "....... verify that a correct account for
this project server has been set up and is currently the selected account by
pointing to Enterprise Options......... "

I did what it mentioned. But still I am not able to get the timesheet
updates into the project.

Pls help

I was too eager to publish it before checking existing similar issues.
I could find answer to it in one of the old queries posted on the group.
