Not all emails sync with Entourage 2008 Web Services

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: Exchange We have 20+ Users using Entourage 2008 Business edition Running on Snow Leopard. Fully updated as of 20th April 2010.

I have configured all to connect to a Windows 2008 SBS Standard Edition Server which has Exchange 2007 installed - again fully updated.

Due to some problems with email delivery e.g. they would save to drafts if they had an attachment, I was recommended to upgraded \ updated 2 users to Entourage 2008 Web Services edition, which does run better, however...

Not all incomming emails download when it says it has.

Example:

10 Emails in an inbox on Exchange which can be clearly seen using OWA. Six will only appear in Entourage 4 remain missing and never download.

4 more emails arrive in the inbox and can be seen using OWA, all 4 download OK the 4 missing emails still dont download.

3 more emails arrive in the inbox and can be seen using OWA, 3 download OK 1 missing and never downloads.

OWA does not have an issue, Outlook 2003/2007 and Outlook Anywhere no problem at all.

I am seriously chasing my tail, has anybody else had a similar problem and managed to fix it.

I'm having the same problem - some messages just not coming through,
and it seems random. I have to go into the company's OWA interface
occasionally to see which emails are sitting in the Inbox there so I
don't miss anything. Very frustrating. I've cleared the inbox cache
and forced a new sync, run maintenance on the database, all to no
avail.

Running Snow Leopard 10.6.3 and Entourage 2008 (not WSE).

Did anybody find a solution to the problem? I have the exact same thing goin
on! I thought the end-user was kidding me, but now I see that it is a proble
for sure. Same scenario, E2008 on Exchange 2007 part of SBS2008

I am also head scratching with this issue. I have complete database
rebuilds and verifications, removed the users email account which
resyncs ok, but a couple of days later they call back to explain that
they are 'missing' emails that are present in OWA??

Has anybody actually pin pointed a resolution for this issue?
