It sounds like they don't have enough TNEF data to process. This can
happen
if the recipient doesn't use Outlook or if they use antivirus utilities.

Yes, they do have the read receipt icon and they all do get opened!

I have outlook set up to always request a read receipt. I receive
read
receipt messages in my inbox, but not all of these messages received
are
being recorded in the Tracking tab on the sent message? Anybody
know
why?
