Not changing an exisiting template

We have business cards all set up, but we want to 'lock' in the actual format
(logo) and fonts. We only want them to be able to change their name, phone
number, email address. We can't figure how to do this. We know how to allow
them to enter their info, but it also allows them to change the image, etc.
