Hello,

I was being a good email users and Cleaning up my folders. I have read all the information I can about this problem. I can connect to exchange server through Outlook 2007(client) on a desktop. i can connect through Cross over Client Outlook 2007(client).

But i can not connect like i did through Entourage(which has all my rules)

Trouble Shooting:
Different system Mac OX X 10.5 (different user) Working
Different system Mac OS X 10.5 (my user ID) Not working.

Suggestion: in the information i have located, Say to clear your exchange Cache through the folder option. I can not get that far to clear the cache it is Grayed out.

I do not have Access to Exchange servers to clear it that way.

Please Any Ideas.

How are you trying to do that??
Try selecting the root of your Exchange account in the mailbox list on
the left and control-click it. Select Properties.
You should get a Porperties pane allowing you to check multiple
parameters and to clear the cache.
Does this work??
