"not enough memorey" Office assistant gallery...Why? 4Gb ram

Office 2003. I get a STOP/ALERT that ther is not enough memory for me to
view the Office Assistant Gallery. This didn't happen with Xp (now Vista32).
I also have 4b ddr2 of ram. Could there be virtual memory issues?
