not enough memory - excel

Version: 2008
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard)
Processor: Intel

is there a fix for this problem yet?? I see that it has been a problem for a while. I cannot believe that my brand new souped up Macbook Pro and new Snow Leopard and New 2008 Excel would still have a problem with it given that the issue has been out there for more than a year!?! Sigh. Any ideas on how to fix?

Hi there, could you please provide more background on this, such as what's the Office version, and how to reproduce? I'd suggest you upgrade to the latest version (12.2.1) - we fixed a lot of issues in the SP2 release.

If this still happens, could you please send me ([email protected]) a copy of your workbook if this only happens on a specific file?
