Not enough memory for outlook!

I have just upgraded to Outlook 2003 (from 97) and, after working OK for a
while I am repeatedly getting the message "There is not enough memory to run
this program. Quit one or more programs and then try again. The FAQs had a
couple of suggestions (delete an encription program that conflicts, but I
don't have that program, and prune your files, which I have done
mercilessly), but these don't do the trick. Has anyone got any other
suggestions please?
