I'm using the Word object to open documents and save them as text
format in a temp directory by repeatedly running a VB6 executable (with
no form). The Word object is opened and closed within this executable.
This process works OK for a variable number of documents (up to 800) ,
but eventually a window "There is not enough memory or disk space to
run Word" appears. Clicking on OK shows the Office Problem screen
"Microsoft Word has encountered a problem and needs to clsoe".
Unchecking the Restart Microsoft Word check box and clicking Don't Send
removes the Screen, but the "There is not enough memory or disk space
to run Word" message re-appears after 30 seconds, or if I try to run
Word. Logging off and on again is required to stop the message from
appearing.
Is there some way of preventing the "There is not enough memory or disk
space to run Word" from appearing repeatedly?
