Not enough Memory

When i copy one worksheet to another Workbook then message
apper "Not Enough Memory" but in my System have enough
memory (128 MB RAM, 40 GB HDD , Cele 1.2 Ghz CPU) .And i
set the Virutal memory to 1 GB, but my prob is still.

Plz give me reply as soon as possibe.
