Not enough memory

J

JJ

When I open some simple Word form letters, I get the
following error message, even when there is nothing but
text in the one-page document. The error message
is "there is not enough memory or disk space to display
or print the picture", but again I have no picture and am
not saving to a floppy disk. The environment is a XP pro
and using Word XP.
Please help, Jason

Hi JJ,

Sometimes this error is caused by {Insertpicture} fields within the document

1) Select the entire document and press F9, Look through the document and see if an "Insertpicture fields are located in the
document
2) If you find and insertpitcture fields we want to break the links in them (Edit/Links/break links), This should get
rid of all of the fields displaying on the page
3) Save document, close it and reopen it again, do you still get the error message?

Let me know if you find anything.

Sincerely,

Lisa Penshorn, MCSE
