Not enough meomry error when trying to close the remainder

HI,

When trying to dismiss meeting remainder it gives
following error.

"Cannot turn off the remainder. You may be reminded again.
There is not enough memory available to perform the
operation."

I tried cleansweep and also command line switches from
outlook, like /cleanfreebusy /cleanremainders /cleanviews,
still problem remains there.

Need help.
