not enough room in Monthly view to see all my appointments

I need to be able to print my calendar one month at a time, but Monthly view cuts off text in days where I have a lot of appointments. I exported to Word using OLCalndr.dot, but it does not give me the option to specify date ranges. I want to print, say 1/15/05 - 2/15/05, but it only allows me to print January or February. Weekly view only lets me print one week at a time. I want this to print one month, between my date ranges and for it to not cut off my appointments on busy days. Any way to do this. I have already reduced the font size to no avail.
