"not enough System Resources" error when opening Excel Form

When I open a Form in Excel I get the message "Not enough system resources to
display completley"

Despite that message the form does display correctly and functions as
expected.

However Excel crashes (comes up with the send error information to Microsoft
Dialog box and then restarts/recovers)when I try and close the workbook the
form is in

I can ammend the workbook and form and save changes I just cant close it.

Im running Windos XP & Office XP
