Not enought system resources

I get the message "not enough system resources to display
correctly" I have added all of the service packs and have
a pc with plenty of memory. I only have MAS 90, Excel, and
IE open. The error only occurs when Excel is open. It
gives me this error in any excel file that I am in. Please
help if you can!!!!!!!!!!1
